When you engage our services, we act as a single point of contact throughout the make good process in consulting with the Lessor, Lessor’s agent, contractors and Legal representatives.

Our services include;

​

• Review of make good and redecoration obligations contained in the Lease, condition reports, building services plans, fit-out plans, surveys and all relevant information.

​

• Conduct inspections of the premises with the Lessor to review, negotiate and agree on the schedule of make good works.

​

• Completing all make good obligations in a professional manner on time, on budget and to the agreed scope of works.

​

• Negotiate a financial settlement with the Lessor in lieu of undertaking any make good works, should this be to the advantage of the Tenant.

​

• Consulting with the Lessor to secure the make good “deed of surrender” and the return of the Lessee’s bank guarantee.
